1.    Standard Dive Buddy Special:

Scuba Adventures Dive Camp:   Diver pays: 3 Night 5 Dive package – R 1935.00 in Standard Barracas, or De Luxe Tents Buddy pays: NOTHING – FREE 3 Night 5 Dive package (pays camp entry fee)   Other Ponta do Ouro Resorts: – (e.g. Motel do Mar, Kaya Kweru, etc)   Diver pays: 3 Night 5 Dive package – prices depend on resort chosen Buddy pays: pays only accommodation, FREE 5 Dive package.

2.    School Holidays Dive Buddy Special:

         (VALID PUBLIC SCHOOL HOLIDAYS FROM 27^TH JUNE – 19^TH JULY, EXCEPT 12 – 16 JUNE)

Scuba Adventures Dive Camp:   Diver pays: 3 Night 5 Dive package – R 1935.00 in Standard Barracas, or De Luxe Tents Buddy pays: NOTHING – FREE 3 Night 5 Dive package (pays camp entry fee)   PLUS Kids under 16 stay FREE – pay only campsite entry fees where applicable.   Other Ponta do Ouro Resorts: – (e.g. Motel do Mar, Kaya Kweru, etc)   Diver pays: 3 Night 5 Dive package – prices depend on resort chosen Buddy pays: pays only accommodation, FREE 5 Dive package. �

3.    Long Weekend Dive Buddy Special:

Scuba Adventures Dive Camp:   Diver pays: 3 Night 5 Dive package – R 1935.00 in Standard Barracas, or De Luxe Tents Buddy pays: accommodation, PLUS Half Price Dive Package.   PLUS - NORMAL WEEKEND RATES APPLY   Other Ponta do Ouro Resorts: – (e.g. Motel do Mar, Kaya Kweru, etc)   Diver pays: 3 Night 5 Dive package – prices depend on resort chosen Buddy pays: pays only accommodation and HALF PRICE 5 Dive package. �

4.    Group Dive Buddy Special

         ( valid for 4^th June – 26^th July 09 INCLUDING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - Excludes weekend 13 – 16 June

Scuba Adventures Dive Camp:   Valid for Dive Schools, Dive Clubs, Tour Operators & groups of 16 or more Divers only   FREE ACCOMMODATION FOR ENTIRE GROUP�- FREE DM – 15% COMMISSION   See separate attachment

Conditions relating to Dive Buddy Specials (where applicable)

A non refundable deposit of R 250.00 pp is required to secure a booking Full payment and complete arrivals name list required 14 days prior to arrival. Any changes after this will be at standard applicable rates. Should full payment, or the name list not be received 14 days prior to arrival, then full rates will be applicable on whole booking

• Accommodation is based on standard & de luxe tents, and Standard Barracas
• Upgrade surcharge to de luxe Barracas is additional R 40.00 pp/pn
• All accommodation is on a shared basis – single surcharges apply (see below)
• Dive packages cannot be shared
• All dives must be completed over Friday, Saturday, Sunday, except long weekend packages, which must be completed over the long weekend period

School Holiday Dive Buddy Special Dive Camp:

• Kids under 16 get free accommodation (both divers & non Divers)
• They pay only campsite entry fee where applicable (kids under 5 don’t pay campsite fees) Must be with 1 parent taking at least a 3 Night 5 dive package
• Limited to 3 kids sharing 1 unit together. Single supplements will apply.

Dive Buddy Special Excludes:

• Campsite daily entry fee of R100.00 pp/pd.
• Campsite entry fee is applicable to any Free Accommodation “Dive Buddies” special, and non divers over 5 years old, staying in Scuba Adventures Dive Camp, and Tandje Camp site
• Any “Barracas” accommodation "upgrades" (R40.00)
• Border transfers if required
• Dive gear rentals (pre-booking essential)
• The "far" reefs - Pinnacles, Bass City ,and Texas - incur a R30.00 pp surcharge payable in cash at Ponta
• Beach Access fee of R 10.00 pp/pd for persons staying in resorts other than Scuba Adventures
• Mozambique diver tax R 20.00 per dive package (NOT PER DIVE)

General Conditions:

·        Non Divers welcome at standard rates

·        Buddies can share accommodation with non divers, but accommodation is based on fully occupied units as booked (i.e. 2 in 2 bed & 4 in 4 bed)

·        Additional dives and nights to the package will be charged for at standard rates

·        Booking only confirmed upon receipt of non refundable deposit.

·        Full payment, with Divers names, must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival at the resort, or special not applicable and normal rates will be invoiced. Deposit will be forfeited.

·        Any changes to these names after this cut off period above will be made at standard rates.

·        No Credits for unused dives will be entertained for any reason whatsoever, unless dives cancelled by Scuba Adventures. Confirm our Credit / Cancellation policy when booking
